Interlinkly is an Mongolian recruitment agency, recognizes the significant demand for personnel and the challenges of staff turnover faced by businesses. Interlinkly’s origins date back to the early 2000s. In the years 2004-2008, we provided over 60 employees to the Gdynian Shipyard, as well as another 100 employees to companies in various industries in the Tricity area in Poland.

We approach each recruitment process meticulously and with full commitment. We align with the requirements and expectations of the prospective employer, seeking experienced individuals with the necessary qualifications.
The payment of the recruitment process is made in 3 instalments:
Installment 1 - upon contract signing
Installment 2 - upon issuance of travel visas
Installment 3 - upon arrival of workers to your location.
For employees from Asia the delivery time is around 2-4 months.
For western European countries it is much faster, around 1 month.
